By purchasing our software from Tiziano Algos, you understand no refunds will be made under any circumstances and no exceptions will be made. Due to the nature of our digital product, all payments made to Tiziano Algos are non-refundable.

We do not offer trading services, account management, trading advice, nor financial advice. We will never ask for your login info or trading account information. You are responsible for maintaining and managing your own trading accounts, including making adjustments and cutting losses. You are responsible for your own losses. You are responsible for testing the software first on a demo account before using on a live account with real money.

You can only purchase our software as an individual and for personal use. You are not allowed to re-sell or share our software with a non-paid user. The software is licensed to paid users and is not intended for resale or distribution. In any attempt of reselling our software or sharing our software without our permission, we have every right to remove you from all groups relating to Tiziano Algos and terminate support indefinitely.
